Syria Live Blog | Al Jazeera Blogs: "We are running out of medical supplies - today they blocked any food being brought into the city. In the Joura neighbourhood, they're not allowing any wheat or flour in. Other neighbourhood are trying to send in bread, but it's not possible.We've received warnings from the army that another big operation will start at 5am - including 180 tanks. They have used loudspeakers to warn the residents of Deir al Zur.
The military crackdown started on Saturday , with tanks rolling into the city - they came from the Damascus road at 10 pm in the evening"
